Reviews and Ratings
Upon our arrival at the Hilton at 4 pm, I found the location to be phenomenal, and the rooms to be impeccable. While the rooms are adequate, the provision of only two bath towels per room seemed sparse to me at best. I appreciated their willingness to store the cake that was too big for our room's fridge.
Arriving at the hotel was a bit delayed as we had to wait almost an hour after check-in time until our room was finally ready. However, once we settled in, the room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-run. The location is truly the best part of this hotel, being right in the middle of downtown with easy access to restaurants and shopping. The service was a mix of pleasant and helpful staff who went out of their way to recommend great local spots for meals but fell short on some promises like re-caulking and cleanliness. The dining experience had its ups and downs with some made-to-order foods and continental options for $15, but it was hit or miss in terms of quality. Organic fruits were a highlight but overall, not worth the money. The facilities were basic and functional but lacked any standout features.
The hotel offers modern rooms with comfortable beds and a good view.
